In the “Profiles” section employers will be able to visualize the following candidate’s personal information submitted by the recruiter (age, location, expected salary, availability and CV). In “see CV” CVs received by the recruiters will be downloadable. These CVs will be presented as anonymous profiles (without contact details) but will include the candidate´s responses to the key questions formulated by the employer.

In this regard, the recruiters must have prior authorization and express consent from the candidates for processing their personal information and content of the CV, to enroll them to Talentoo’s job offers of interest and/or matching their professional profile. Consequently, the recruiter will exclusively submit in Talentoo, the details pertinent to candidates who directly facilitate and authorize their inclusion in the aforementioned platform, in accordance with the LOPD.

All the personal data previously mentioned, as well as any other information provided by the users obtained as a result of the completion of the forms hosted on Talentoo’s website, or through the subscription or as a result of signing up to the services or functionalities offered by Talentoo through its website, will be processed and incorporated into the corresponding personal data files named “Talentoo Users” owned by Talentoo Web Solutions, S.L., duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency, who will be responsible and recipient of the information.
