Our intention is that, with Talentoo, you will have a lot of business. In addition, through the offers finder, your options of placement your candidate will be increased. Once you register, you will receive job offers published by the Employers and, if you are interested, you can send them the CVs that best fit each vacancy. Talentoo is based on the idea of democratization of the job market, allowing many specialized recruiters to provide their candidates with the same opportunities. For your part, you will only have to take charge of your usual work of personnel selection so that, once you have the suitable candidates for each offer, send them through the platform to the contracting companies. For our part, we will supervise at all times the good work of the contracting companies, maintaining the highest quality and offering the best solutions for each organization. As for the business running operation, you can send a maximum of 5 CV’s per vacancy, this is an example of how important it is for Talentoo to offer a careful and specialized selection. In addition, Talentoo will never cost you, it is a web in which you can only generate income each time your candidates are hired. 2WHAT FEE WILL I RECEIVE IF MY CANDIDATE IS HIRED?
The fee you will be receive will appear on each offer. So you can decide in advance which offers interest you. In order to calculate this, Talentoo recommends to pay to the contracting companies a % of the gross annual salary of the vacant post, having the possibility to modify this percentage both up and down (the minimum will be half of that % we recommend). For our part we try to make the fee as attractive as possible, but it is the employer who pays. In this way you decide which processes deserve your attention.
3IS SIGNING DIFFERENT CONTRACTS NECESSARY WITH EACH EMPLOYER? DO YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH THEM?
No, the process will be conveniently centralized through our platform. Once you register and accept the conditions, you will only have to take care of sending candidates and issuing invoices for each successful incorporation that you get.
4WHAT IF MY CANDIDATE DOES NOT FIT WITH THE COMPANY?
Exclusively for positions with an open ended contracts, or temporary contracts of more than 6 months, the employers will have a 60 days guarantee from the incorporation of the candidate. Once you have exceeded this period you will receive the payment.
5WHAT IF MORE SEVERAL RECRUITERS SEND THE SAME CANDIDATE
In this situation, the candidate will be assigned to the first recruiter that uploaded this profile to the web.
6DOES THE OFFERS INCLUDE KEY QUESTIONS?
This depends on the contracting company. You simply have to know that, in case the employers have decided to include them, the answer to them is mandatory, and they must be answered based on the answers that you get from your candidate. This is a very important filtering tool, answer with interest and seriousness to increase the options of your candidate.
7CAN I FIND MYSELF WITH BLIND OFFERS ON THE PLATFORM?
That’s right, we offer the contracting company the possibility of publishing their offers without indicating their identity, since there is a possibility that for some reasons (strategic or confidential) they do not want the market to know about their search for candidates. If the company decides to do so, it will always have to provide you a minimum of information about the organization to facilitate your work as much as possible. If your candidate is selected for an interview, you will have all the information about the source of the offer.
You must send your candidates with no name and no contact information. There are some obligatory fields and you must add the information corresponding to experiences, training … We recommend you to copy and paste the CV (without personal or contact information) in the box intended for it. If the employer wants to go on with them, he will indicate it on the web and request the dates to interview them personally. At that time you will close the agenda for the interviews to take place. You can chat with the employers if you need more information.

10WHAT DATA DO I HAVE TO GET FROM MY CANDIDATES?

11WHAT IS MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EMPLOYERS? MUST THERE BE FEEDBACK?
Through our platform you can chat with contracting companies once you participate in their processes. In addition, if the employer preselects one of your candidates, he will indicate it on the platform so that you know about it. The employer will indicate several dates for the interviews so that you decide the one that best suits your candidate. If the candidate is hired, you should communicate it to the platform indicating the incorporation date. At that moment the process will be closed and the invoicing phase begins. Finally, you should know that the employers have the possibility to value your work with a range of 1 to 5 stars. For this reason, we invite you to take care of your relationship with them and contribute to the profiles most suitable for each offer.
12HOW IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
With each successful incorporation of your candidates you will have to issue an invoice to Talentoo, and the quantity will be the agreed fee in the offer plus the corresponding V.A.T. You will receive the payment directly from us, never from the employers. They have accepted this condition in their record. Talentoo will charge the employer and, once received, will make the payment to you.
13IS TALENTOO A PORTAL WHERE THE CANDIDATES ARE REGISTERED DIRECTLY?
No, in no case the candidates register themselves. It is a platform in which only participate Contracting companies and Recruiters participate. The candidates are chosen and raised to Talentoo by the recruiters.

2CAN I USE TALENTOO TO CENTRALIZE RELATIONS WITH MY RECRUITMENT PROVIDERS?

3CAN I CHOOSE THE FEE I WILL PAY IF I HIRE A TALENTOO CANDIDATE?
Yes, for our part we will recommend a fee based on a percentage on the gross annual salary that you indicate at the time of creating the offer. This percentage will be based on the average of the recruitment market and you can modify it up or down. Thus, if the % seems high, you can lower it to a maximum of half of the recommended number. The price will not be an excuse for not using us. The fee you decide will be the fee you pay, regardless of the salary you finally offer to the selected candidate. Although the decision is in your hands, from Talentoo we invite you to accept the recommended percentage, because, this way, your offer will generate a greater interest among the recruiters. In addition, you can also increase the % if you want to increase the interest of these companies and, with them, your chances of success. The work of the recruiters is costly, and outsourcing is a way to save time for the organizations than do it internally. A good process of selection saves time and money. We love that the candidates fit and add value to the organizations from the beginning.
4HOW IS THE RECRUITERS PERFORMANCE EVALUATED?
Talentoo knows the recruiters success rates. As a employer, and optionally, you can evaluate the recruiters who have participated in your selection process, giving a score between 1 and 5 stars (5 being the maximum). With this data, Talentoo will value the scores of each recruiter keeping the highest quality for you.
5CAN I CHOOSE SOME RECRUITERS TO WORK FOR ME?
Not at the moment, since one of our values is the democratization of the processes, giving all the recruiters the same opportunities.

6WHAT IF THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT FIT ME?
Only for positions with an open ended contract, or temporary contracts of more than 6 months, we offer you a guarantee period of 60 days from the date of the candidate incorporation. During this time, if you are not satisfied, we will make another selection process for you for free.
7CAN I INSERT KEY QUESTIONS IN THE OFFERS?
At the moment you insert your offer, you can insert Key Questions of any kind. These will be a must answer for the recruiters, responding for each and everyone of the candidates he gives you. Try to be as specific as possible in writing these questions, they are a very productive filtering tool if they are done properly.
8DO I HAVE TO INCLUDE MY NAME IN THE OFFER ALWAYS?
No, you can publish your offers anonymously if, for any reason, you do not want the market to know about your search for candidates. We recommend that you include your name so that the recruiters know you and offer you a more personalized service, but we understand that for certain reasons (dismissal of the current staff, company strategy …) you will not want to be identified, so we offer you the option to make a blind offer.
9WHAT IF I AM INTERESTED IN A CANDIDATE?
You will receive candidates in the blind, meaning no name or contact information. But when a CV is of interest, you can indicate it in the profile and move forward with the the process. From that moment on, you can indicate in the calendar your availability for an interview. In addition, you will be able to chat with the recruiter that sent you the profile in case you need more information.
10WHAT FEEDBACK WILL I HAVE WITH THE RECRUITERS?
It is very important for a better process management the fact that you report the progress of your candidates. In case it is not suitable for your vacancy, you will indicate the reason between three options. If you consider that the profile suits your search, you will inform the result of the interview and, if the hiring takes place, you will indicate it in the platform indicating date of incorporation. This way the process will be closed, and the recruiters will stop working in this offer.
11HOW IS THE PAY FORM?
Talentoo will issue an invoice for each incorporation you make. The amount will be the fee that you indicated previously when you published the offer. This payment will be made to Talentoo, never to the recruiters. They have accepted this option when they registered in the platform. Talentoo will pay the recruiters. On the other hand, the fee is per incorporated candidate, and we will have to add the corresponding V.A.T. That is, if you incorporate two candidates, two invoices will be issued and so on.
12IS TALENTOO IS A WEBSITE WHERE THE CANDIDATES CAN REGISTER DIRECTLY?
No, in our model, there are only employers and recruiters, being the candidates proposed by the recruiters. This way, you can achieve greater filtering in the cvs, saving valuable time and multiplying your success options thanks to this specification.
