1. HOW CAN TALENTOO HELP ME?
Talentoo is a B2B recruitment platform where you can post job offers for recruiters (recruitment companies and headhunters) who can send you CVs that best suit each profile demanded.
Talentoo is based on the democratization of the employment market, allowing equal opportunities to a large number of specialized recruiters to offer their candidates.
Talentoo ensures good conduct from its recruiters and the highest quality of personalized offerings for each organization every day. Recruitment companies will be able to submit 5 CVs máximum for each open vacancy, demonstrating how important it is for us to offer a careful and precensored selection for each offer.
Our differential value is that you can post offers, receive CVs and interview candidates for free. Besides being able to choose the fee to pay, fees will only be owed if the company successfully recruits through the platform.
With this time efficient model, working with multiple job portals and social networks is avoided. While Talentoo supports your regular recruiting means, it can also replace them. That is why we strive to give you all the facilities needed throughout the whole recruitment process.
2. CAN I USE TALENTOO TO CENTRALIZE RELATIONSHIPS WITH MY RECRUITMENT PROVIDERS?
Yes. Many of our clients use Talentoo as a recruitment management system.
Managing numerous recruitement providers is time consuming (contacting, negotiating terms individually, or signing contracts). That is to say, you maintain contact with numerous interlocutors without being certain that they will be good allies for your business.
Talentoo will allow you to consolidate and unify this process, becoming your only centralized provider for all these types of procedures.

3. IS TALENTOO A PORTAL WHERE CANDIDATES ARE DIRECTLY REGISTERED?
No. Only employers and headhunters use the platform, whilst candidates are put forward by headhunters. In this way, there’s a higher degree of filtering during the application process, saving valuable time and multiplying your options for success.
1. CAN I INSERT KEY QUESTIONS IN THE OFFERS?
The moment you create your offer, you can include any kind of Key Questions for the interview process. These will be mandatory for each candidate that you receive from recruiters. Try to be as specific as posible when writing these questions, as they are a very useful filtering tool if formulated appropriately.
2. DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO INCLUDE MY NAME IN THE OFFER?
No. You will be able to post your offers anonymously if, for whatever reason, you do not want the market to know about your search for candidates.
We recommend that you include your name so that the recruiters know you and offer you a more personalized service, but we understand that sometimes (layoffs, business strategy) you do not want to be identified, so we offer you the option of making a blind offer.
3. CAN I CHOOSE SELECTED RECRUITERS TO WORK FOR ME?
Not yet, since one of our values is the democratization of the recruitment process, giving everyone the same opportunities.
We have no doubt that if you have a vacancy, you will be happy to fill it regardless of who has proposed the candidate.
4. WHAT DO I DO IF I AM INTERESTED IN A CANDIDATE?
You will receive blind candidates, that is, without names or contact details. But if the CV of any one interests you, you can express it in their profile and advance with the hiring process. From that moment on, you can indicate on the calendar your availability to carry out an interview.
In addition, you can chat with the company that has sent you the profile in the event that you need more information.
1. WHAT COMMUNICATION WILL I HAVE WITH THE RECRUITERS?
For better management of the process, it is very important that you report the progress with your candidates. In the event that witholding disclosure is not suitable for your vacancy, you will indicate the reason among three options.
If you consider that the profile adapts to your search, you will report the result of the interview and, if the hiring occurs, you will indicate it on the platform stating the date of incorporation. In this way the process will be closed and the recruiters will stop working on this offer.
2. WHAT IF THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT FIT ME?
For permanent and temporary contracts of more than 6 months, we offer you a guarantee period of 60 days starting from the candidate’s incorporation date. During this time interval, if you are not satisfied, we will carry out another selection process for you for free.
3. HOW IS THE PERFORMANCE OF THE RECRUITERS EVALUATED?
Talentoo knows the success rates of the recruiters. As an employer, you will be able to give recruiters a score between 1-5 stars based on your experience with them.
With this data, Talentoo will assess the scores of each recruiter in order to maintain the highest standard of quality for you.
1. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS LIKE?
Talentoo will issue an invoice for each successful hire you make. The fee paid will have been previously indicated when the job vacancy was published.
This payment will be made to Talentoo, never directly to the recruiters. They have accepted this option when registering on the platform. Talentoo in turn, pays the recruiter.
The fee stated is per incorporated candidate with added VAT. (E.g. two incorporated candidates requires issuing of two invoices).
2. CAN I CHOOSE THE FEE I'M GOING TO PAY IF I HIRE A TALENTOO CANDIDATE?
Yes. We will recommend an amount based on a % of the annual gross salary that you indicate at the time of creation of the offer. This percentage will be based on the average of the personnel selection market and you can modify its value (higher or lower).
In this way, the recommended % can be reduced to a maximum of half the recommended figure.
The amount you decide will be the amount you pay, regardless of the salary you finally offer to the selected candidate.
The decision is in your hands but Talentoo suggests you accept the recommended percentage to generates more interest amongst recruiters. Increasing the % will result in an increase in interest from recruiters, and thus increasing chances of hiring success.
The recruiters work is in many cases costly. Thus, outsourcing is a way to save time for organizations that do it internally. A good selection process saves time and money. We love that candidates fit in and add value to organizations from the start.

Talentoo is a B2B recruitment website that will allow you to find job vacancies for a multitude of companies, thus expanding your job opportunities and even reducing your efforts to attract clients. We wish that with Talentoo, as many opportunities are given to you as possible.
In addition, through the offer search tool, your candidate placement options will be expanded. Once you register you will receive job offers posted by the companies and if you are interested, you can send them the CVs that best suit the vacancy.
Talentoo is based on the idea of democratizing the job market, allowing many specialized recruiters to provide their candidates with the same opportunities.
For your part, recruitment work mostly continues as per usual but Talentoo boosts your efficiency by sending candidates CV’s and applications through the platform to the recruitment companies.
For our part, we will ensure good conduct of the employers at all times, maintaining the highest quality and offering the best solutions for each organization.
You can send a maximum of 5 CVs per vacancy, this being an example of how important it is for Talent to offer a careful and specialized selection.
You will not pay to access the Talentoo platform. It is a website with which you can only generate income, earning each time your candidates are hired.

2. IS TALENTOO A PORTAL WHERE CANDIDATES ARE DIRECTLY REGISTERED?
No, in no case are there individually enrolled candidates. It is a platform in which only the employers and recruitment companies participate. Therefore, the only candidates proposed are those chosen by the recruiters.
1. DO THE OFFERS INCLUDE KEY QUESTIONS?
This depends on the employer. If a job vacancy includes Key Questions, these must be asked during the candidates’ interview process.
This is a very important filtering tool, thus candidates should answer with interest and integrity to increase their options and success.
2. CAN I FIND BLIND OFFERS ON THE PLATFORM?
That’s right, we offer the possibility for employers to post their offer without indicating their commercial name. This may be for various reasons such as strategy or confidentiality where they might not want competitors to find out about their search for candidates.
In case the company decides otherwise, only essential information about the organization is disclosed to facilitate recruiters to successfully carry out their work.
If your candidate is selected for an interview, you will receive all necessary information about the company.
1. WHAT IS MY COMMITMENT WITH THE SHORTLISTING PROCESSES?
You must send your candidates blind, that is, without name and without contact information. There are some mandatory fields and you must add the data corresponding to experience, training … We recommend that you copy and paste the CV (without personal or contact details) in the box designated for this. If the employer decides to shortlist them, they will indicate it on the web and request dates to interview them personally. You will then close the agenda for the interviews to take place. You can chat through the platform with the employers if you need more information.
2. WHAT WILL BE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CONTRACTING COMPANIES?
Through our platform, you will be able to chat with the employers once you start participating in their hiring process.
In addition, in the event that the employer preselects one of your candidates, they will indicate it on the platform so that you are aware of it. The company will indicate various dates for conducting interviews so that you and your candidate can decide the one that suits you best.
If the candidate is hired, you should notify the platform indicating the date of incorporation. At that time the process will be closed and the billing phase begins.
3. WHAT IF SEVERAL RECRUITERS SEND THE SAME CANDIDATE?
In the event that this situation occurs, the candidate will be assigned to the recruiter/agency that was first to upload the candidate’s application onto the platform. This filter will be carried out through the candidate’s ID, which you will have to indicate to avoid duplication.
4. WHAT DATA DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE FROM MY CANDIDATES?
It is a mandatory requirement that you send your candidates’ application without disclosure of their name or contact details.
There are some mandatory fields such as work experience and training. We recommend that you copy and paste the CV (without personal or contact information) in the field intended for this.
If the contractor wishes to proceed with the candidate, they will indicate this on the website and request dates to interview them personally. At that time you will close the agenda so that the interviews take place.

5. WHAT IF MY CANDIDATE DOES NOT FIT IN THE COMPANY?
For permanent or temporary recruitment positions exceeding 6 months, companies will have a guarantee period of 60 days starting from the incorporation date of the candidate. Once this period is over, you will receive the invoice.
6. DO I RECEIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE EMPLOYER?
Employers have the possibility of evaluating your work with a range from 1 to 5 stars. For this reason, we invite you to take maximum care of your relationship with them and contribute the most suitable profiles to each offer.
1. IS IT NECESSARY TO SIGN DIFFERENT CONTRACTS WITH EACH EMPLOYER? SHOULD YOU CONTACT THEM AFTER SUCCESSFUL INCORPORATION?
No. The process will be conveniently centralized through our platform. Once you register and accept the conditions you will only have to take care of sending candidates and issuing invoices for each successful hire you get.
2. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS LIKE?
With each successful incorporation of your candidates, you will issue an invoice to Talentoo. The amount will be the agreed fee stated in the offer plus VAT.
You will receive the payment directly from us, never by the employers. They have accepted this condition upon registration. Talentoo will charge the employer and, once received, we will make the payment to your account.
3. WHAT FEE WILL I CHARGE IF MY CANDIDATE IS HIRED?
The fee you will receive will be indicated in each job offer. So you can decide in advance which offers interest you.
To calculate it, Talentoo recommends paying employers a % of the annual gross salary of the vacant position. There is a possibility to modify this percentage both higher or lower tan the original value (the minimum will be half of that recommended %).
Talentoo aims to make the fee as attractive as possible, but it is the hiring company who ultimately decides. In this way, you choose which processes deserve your attention, although we hope that all offers posted on the platform meet your needs.
